Dr. Greg Long
Samantha met her husband, Seth in high school and they married in 2015 and they have two pups, Zoey and Izzy. In her spare time, she likes to read, watch movies, exercise, and play board games with her family.
She graduated from East Tennessee State University with an associates degree in Allied Health and completed her certification of medical assisting through the National Healthcare Association. She has past experience in many fields including chiropractic, orthopedic, dermatology, pulmonary and internal medicine.
Recently serving as a physician’s assistant (PA) for a regional Urgent Care center and PA for a primary care office, Jinesh brings a patient-centered approach to health and wellness. Jinesh is a graduate of Tipp City High School, Edison Community College, and The Ohio State University. He completed his PA studies at the University of Dayton. Adding a physician assistant to the OWG practice extends our overall capabilities and broadens our team’s ability to address every health concern a patient may present.
Education & Background: Vera graduated Wright State University Cum Laude with Bachelor of Science in Nursing; Cincinnati University School of Nursing Master of Science in Nursing earning Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Specialty. Professional activities include American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and American Nurses Association Member. Vera is a versatile Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in large hospital and outpatient settings. Her area of expertise includes substance abuse treatment, neurology, community health, pre/post-operative surgical patients and preventive care.
NP commitment to Omni Wellness Group and its Mission: As a Family Nurse Practitioner she wants to provide lifespan care for both episodic and chronic care, screening and education to patients and families. She is excited about the concept of taking health care directly to patients and help with diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, follow-up and education. She will make herself available to help patients and their families during visits. She will assure patients will have the highest quality of services at the most cost- effective clinics.

A graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, Nicole brings a patient-centered approach to health and wellness that creates office efficiency and a supportive environment. She lives in the Troy area.

Adam is directly responsible for the daily OWG clinic management to bring world-class patient care to the community.
Adam Middleton has committed his entire professional career to healthcare. Adam works as a business consultant for hospitals, physician groups and healthcare related entities. Since 2008, Adam has consulted with physician practices, post-acute providers and hospitals with particular focus on physician compensation, fair market value, management, operations, finance and strategic planning. Among other projects, his key consultancy roles included the merger of two hospital managed service organizations, the start-up of physician practices, and the negotiation of numerous physician-hospital acquisitions. He also leads strategic planning for physician groups and hospital service lines.
He founded Healthcare Advisory Network in 2011 to specialize in profitable growth strategies for hospitals, physicians and healthcare companies. HAN affiliates with subject matter experts and numerous organizations to assist clients find the best solutions for issues.
Prior to consulting, Adam was an executive at two major healthcare organizations in the greater Dayton area; Dayton Heart Hospital (physician owned jointly with MedCath) and Premier Health Partners.
As a lifelong Ohioan, Adam has been actively engaged in serving his community where he lives and raises his family. He has served on the boards of directors of The Far Hills Surgical Center, The Dialysis Centers of Dayton and as board chair of Life Essentials.
Adam is current member of the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business Consultants and the MGMA. He has been a member of the Ohio Hospital Association Legislative Committee, The Greater Dayton Area Hospital Association Disaster Committee, the Dayton Regional EMS Council and the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce as an ambassador and a Legislative Committee member.
Adam served the community of Bellbrook, OH for 13 years as a first responder, both as a volunteer firefighter and an EMT.
Dr. Tim Schramko received his Doctorate in Management from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio at The Weatherhead School of Management where he also has been on the Adjunct Faculty teaching strategic planning and health policy at the graduate school. Dr. Schramko earned a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Arts and an MBA from The University of Toledo where he was an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy in the College of Business Administration. He also has a graduate certificate from The Ohio State University, College of Medicine Allied Health Professions, in Health Care Administration. He specializes in teaching graduate and post graduate students in strategic planning/policy development, new venture creations and entrepreneurship studies. Dr. Schramko has over 35 years of health care administration experience related to hospitals, private physician offices, ambulatory care systems, urgent care networks and MSO’s. A major accomplishment in his career is his role as principal developer of the ‘Life Flight’ air ambulance program in Toledo, Ohio. His most recent position was Executive Director for Urgent Care and Regional Business Development for Mercy Health System North in Toledo.
Dr. Schramko’s current consulting services is the development of an urgent care system/access strategy for a large physician owned partnership. The urgent care system involves diagnostics and ambulatory care testing and treatment of chronic diseases in a cost-effective manner. Dr. Schramko specializes in ‘urgent care systems development’ complete with accreditation and compliance with regulatory agencies. Treatment plans, medication therapy, x-ray services and laboratory testing are part of the urgent care systems Dr. Schramko develops.
Dr. Schramko is active in the business community including the development of business plans and implementation of strategic plans for both start-up and mature businesses. He specializes in urgent care networks, private medical practices and ambulatory care systems and the AAAHC accreditation process. As an entrepreneur, he has developed numerous ventures in the private market as well as consulted with private business owners on how best to organize their resources to obtain maximum productivity leading to above average profitability. He has been the CEO for several firms and has managed the growth strategies associated with private placements.
Dr. Schramko also has been instrumental in the development of techniques to assist private medical practices/physician networks and non-health related service organizations in achieving their personal and business goals. As a practitioner-scholar, he has worked with both large and small medical practices as well as sole proprietorships and investor-owned enterprises in the commercial market to create business plans that maximize the resources of the client organization. His international experience, including being a guest lecturer on the US health care system in the UK and Scotland, adds to his knowledge base about how medical practices, health systems and private businesses can grow and survive in an unstable global market environment. He has lectured and consulted with businesses and healthcare organizations in Canada, Mexico, Great Britain, Scotland, Germany, France and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
For 13 years Sheila worked as a manager for a local RCM and then decided to further enhance her career by going to work as a trainer/consultant for medical practices that were implementing Physician’s Accounts Receivable computer software. She traveled from coast to coast for five years installing, implementing, consulting and training employees on the nuances of their new software. This was the early stages of converting from a paper environment to one of computers.
After the additional experience “in the field”, she became employed as the Chief Operating Officer of a 400 physician and 150 employee medical practice. After a few years Sheila founded Maxx Medical Inc.
For the last 15 years Sheila has owned her own medical billing and revenue cycle management company, Maxx Medical, Inc., featuring “maximum results in minimum time”. Sheila is one of only six CHBME (Certified Healthcare Billing Manager Executive) associates in the state of Ohio. This certification is a distinction through HBMA an organization of over 1500 members designed specifically for RCM companies. She has a diverse background in optimizing reimbursements through a thorough knowledge of coding for specialty practice operations. Her experience in Radiation Oncology, Physiatry, Podiatry and Pain Management billing is unequalled. She also has extensive knowledge in fee schedule management, E&M chart auditing, healthcare credentialing and contract negotiation.
Sheila serves her community and those around her in various volunteer roles. Her motto is GIVE BACK.
Business Development, Growth Strategist and Practice Administrator
Tammy Laine is a healthcare consultant and native of Southwestern Ohio with over 29 years in healthcare with a focus on business development and growth strategies for both hospitals and physicians.
Serving the community is important to Tammy and she has been an active board member on the Warren County Port Authority Board for four years. She also served on the Middletown, Monroe and Trenton Chamber Board of Directors. American Red Cross and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. Tammy has an undergraduate and MBA from University of Phoenix.
Healthcare Advisory Network
Healthcare Advisory Network (HAN) is charged with the operational management of the Omni Wellness Group clinic.
In partnership with the Omni Wellness Group, HAN is leading the development of the clinic process, staff management, employer healthcare connections and telemedicine connections to specialists in all manner of care for our patients.
Founded in 2011 to focus on hospital consulting, HAN now works with complex clients in large healthcare systems to single physician practices and related health care entities. HAN brings scalable practice management expertise to the growing Omni Wellness Group clinic network.
Kenneth A. Mankowski, D.O., Board-certified Neurologist
Kenneth A. Mankowski, D.O., is a board-certified neurologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis (MS) and general neurological conditions. Dr. Kenneth Mankowski offers the diagnosis and treatment of conditions that affect the brain, spinal cord and nerves throughout the body. He has a special interest in working with patients with multiple sclerosis (MS).
Dr. Kenneth Mankowski received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 1995 from The University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri.
Dr. Mankowski completed an internal medicine internship and a one year emergency medicine residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital in Mount Clemens, Michigan. He subsequently completed a residency in neurology at Botsford General Hospital (affiliated with Michigan State University) in Farmington Hills, Michigan, He also completed a fellowship in neurophysiology and neuromuscular disorders with a focus on electromyography (EMG) and electroencephalography (EEG) testing at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan.

Dr. Lee is happily married with three children, a son-in-law, and two grandchildren. He received his first doctorate degree in 1983. Second Doctorate in Public Health, 1998. Still in private practice today, he has participated and collected extensive credentials.
