Nichole Hardin, FNP-BC

Nurse Practitioner

I graduated from Sinclair Community College in December 1998 with the vision to make a difference in the nursing profession and the lives of individuals.

I am a mother of eight beautiful children.  I have been a home health care nurse for approximately 18 years and with the determination of making a difference in individual’s lives, I decided to further my career and become a nurse practitioner.  I made a promise to myself to always provide care to my patients as I would for my grandmother.  With that being said, I feel that I can honestly say that I definitely work with my patient’s to be apart of their health care goals and challenges.  I want to work with the patient to determine what needs are to be conquered next.  Medical care is not only about prescribing medication and providing education, but the most important part of providing care is to listen to the needs and desires of each and every patient.  I can provide direction and education; however, the patient and I need to establish goals and work towards our goals together as I believe knowledge is power.  I never expect my patient’s to be perfect – that is left to the man upstairs; however, I do expect my patient and I to work toward our individual goals.  I am not a judge and I believe I honestly care for each and every patient I come in contact with without any judgement.  My goal is to always achieve that best optimal care and preventative care for each and every client I come in contact with.
