Our Omni Wellness Group Primary Care is led by our team of experienced Nurse Practitioners specializing in family care.  Their backgrounds include expertise in nursing, home health, occupational health, and Urgent Care.  Our Primary Care team provides ready expertise and convenient appointments as well as telemedicine for when life does not follow a schedule!

Additionally, several point of care lab tests are available on site to reduce cost and the need to schedule appointments at separate lab locations.
